JiWire's quick take
Likes
Compact, lightweight, wireless, comfortable key pitch, cross-platform.
Dislikes
Infrared use drains handheld battery, can't use in lap easily, Pocket PC drivers need work.
Good for
Road warriors who need to type, but don't want to carry their laptops everywhere.
Bad for
Those who need to type for hours away from a power source for their handheld; Pocket PC owners (until drivers are improved).
