Likes
Fast processor, excellent Wi-Fi and EV-DO reception, long battery life, dual PC Card and ExpressCard slots, daylight-readable touchscreen, ruggedized magnesium alloy case, shock-mounted hard drive, super security options.
Dislikes
Expensive, Bluetooth not standard, so-so graphics performance, small touchpad buttons, heavy for size, large power brick.
Good for
Mobile warriors who need an always-connected PC that can withstand moderate abuse and keep their data secure. The touchscreen and DVD drive add versatility.
Bad for
Travelers on a budget will find the Toughbook too pricey, and photo pros or gaming fans will find the integrated graphics chip too pokey.
