Likes
Superb wireless features and integration, full Office and Exchange support, very good voice quality, excellent keyboard, good camera features.
Dislikes
Hard to dial one-handed, wimpy speakerphone, confusing laptop modem setup, inconsistent ActiveSync connections, no Mac support.
Good for
High-speed wireless addicts and Windows lovers who want an extension of their desktop on the go.
Bad for
Mac users and those who prefer one-handed operation and a smaller form factor will prefer a Treo or BlackBerry.
